Supermarket Coup

The sign said that 2 lb bags of wild caught mussels were on sale for $2.49. Mussels are somewhat rare in our stores and generally sell for about $6 for 2 lbs of mussels. The seafood guy rang them up as $5 apiece. I pointed at the sign and he fixed the price. Then he called over to the seafood manager to tell her that the price was wrong in the machine, but apparently it was the sign that was incorrect. So just by luck, I got the mussels at the cheaper price and I had a two dollar coupon so I ended up with 4 lbs of mussels for only $3. Yay $3 dinner!
