Cleaning Pantry

We're trying to avoid grocery shopping for the week and instead use up what we have on hand. It is sort of a challenge and we already cheated (bought bread, rice, canned tuna and saltines) but it is nice to use up some of the food we've accumulated.

Last night's mac & cheese used up some leftover evaporated milk, the last bits of three kinds of cheese and some rapini I wasn't sure what to do with and was really tasty. Tonight I think I am making some sort of chili-we have all the ingredients for that too.

I have a can (we bought it by mistake) of crushed pineapple in syrup. Any suggestions on how to use it up?
