This falls into the "just plain bizarre" category. Forks and spoons on one side, chopsticks on the other. Even though I have confessed to my lack of chopstick prowess here, I can't imagine the the appeal. How often does one encounter a single meal that requires a fook, a spoon and chopsticks? Generally, skill with chopsticks eliminates any need at all for a fork and I would think that if you switched back and forth between to two, food would be flying from one messy end to another. Ick.
