How to Make a Grilled Cheese Sandwich using an Iron

I am not sure under what conditions I would do this but the directions are here. I can only picture the trial and error that went on to find out that the cotton/linen setting works best, not to mention the hazards of the steam setting and too much cheese. And who knew Benny and Joon is a source of so much useful information?
